The Utah Fund of Funds (UFOF) is concerned with the unnecessary dissemination of personal/business information, and we know that you are too. Below is an outline of ways that your information, submitted through forms, will be used and will not be used.

1. UFOF reserves the right to use your information for reporting purposes to the Utah State Legislature, Utah Capital Investment Board, and the Utah Capital Investment Committee.
2. UFOF will share company and entrepreneur information with interested venture capital funds.
3. VC information will be shared with Fort Washington (our investment advisor), and will not be made public through our website.
4. No information will be given to outside, 3rd party marketing firms.
5. Information submitted through the website will only be used for official UFOF business.

Discretion will be used in issuing any interested party with submitted information. The UFOF is committed to the wise use of submitted information to further the cause of the UFOF and all reasonable caution will be used in sharing submitted information.
