 Background

Headquartered in Boulder, Colorado, Foundry Group invests in information technology companies across the United States.

Foundry Group is typically the first institutional investor in the companies in which we invest, and we are comfortable participating in seed-level financings. Though we are early-stage investors, our expectation is that we will continue to fund the companies in which we invest throughout their lifecycles. Accordingly, we seek to take a substantial early ownership position and maintain it through successive financings.
